What to expect

Beginning May 28th, we will no longer be requiring masks in the salon. We will have a strict “no ask’ policy and will be solely operating on the honor system. We feel it is up to each individual to make this decision for themselves and don't want to create uncomfortable conversations for any of the clients. We do have a large clientele base and want ro respect each and every one of you. 

Our team will respect your decision to wear or not wear one and we ask you to do the same. If you come in wearing a mask your stylist will follow. If you come in mask-less your stylist has been advised if vaccinated that they do not need to wear a mask. If you feel uncomfortable you may ask your stylist/ assistant to wear the mask and they will do so.

We ask if you, family member or anyone you have been around has had ANY symptoms that you reschedule your appointment for 10 days out. If you appear to have any symptoms, we have the right to ask you to reschedule your appointment for a later date. Our team is also required to remain outside of the building if they show any symptoms, for 10 days.

Our waiting area looks a little different too. We have shut down our drink and snack bar and we apologize for any inconvenience. We have chairs outside, if you prefer waiting in your car, we can take your number and give you a call when are ready to seat you. Our waiting area is disinfected between all guests, and we have removed all books, magazines and touchable items.

Every station, shampoo bowl, chair, and hair tool are disinfected between each guest. This adds a little bit of time to our day and your appointments, so we ask for your patience as we make sure you and all of our guest are constantly in a safe environment.

We offer multiple payment options and we have set up a Venmo account that will allow you to pay using a touchless option. Where you will be able to pay for your service and tip your stylist.

Social distancing- All our stylist are working staggered schedules. This allows us to leave a station in-between all guest which allows more than 6 feet in-between all guest during their services. Our processing area has been moved up front which also allows for proper distancing.
