We understand that life happens! However, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Guests who cancel within the 24-hour window or do not show for their appointment may be subject to a 25% service fee. This policy allows us to accommodate guests on our active waitlist and keep our schedule running smoothly.

For appointments requiring two or more hours, a deposit may be required when booking online. This deposit will be applied toward your total at checkout. If you need to adjust or reschedule an appointment with a deposit, please contact us directly so we can assist you.
